The Legal Assistance to Trafficking Victims Project LAFLA’s Legal Assistance to Trafficking Victims Project:

Helps undocumented victims of human trafficking obtain legal permanent status under the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 (TVPA).
Helps victims of trafficking access public benefits and obtain employment authorization.
Provides immigration counseling and relief, including visa processing, political asylum, and T and U Visa applications.
Conducts outreach within the Los Angeles and Orange County areas at community and faith based organizations.
