Through six community offices and two courthouse clinics located where our clients live and work, LAFLA provides a comprehensive range of services that attack the many problems faced by low-income people.

For example, we help our clients:

• Escape domestic violence
• Avoid homelessness
• Obtain food, health care, and other benefits
• Move from welfare to work

We also help revitalize disadvantaged communities by:

• Creating job opportunities
• Building affordable housing units
• Developing child care spaces
• Organizing youth services and other social programs
